Real Estate Agent Partnership Program

Are you a real estate agent looking to expand your services and tap into a growing market of affordable housing? HouseKeys offers three unique ways for agents to partner with us through our Real Estate Agent Partnership (“REAP”) Program and earn commissions while making a difference in their communities.

1. Referral Program: Earn Between $1,000 and $3,000

Real estate agents can earn a spiff by referring qualified buyers into our lottery programs. When your buyer successfully wins a lottery and closes on an affordable home, you’ll earn a bonus between $1,000 and $3,000. This is a perfect way to add value to your existing client base, especially for those seeking affordable homeownership opportunities. Prospective buyers complete this REFERRAL FORM indicating that you are the agent that referred them to the Opportunity Drawing.

Key Benefits:

  • Simple referral process.

  • Financial incentive upon lottery success.

  • Expand your network with affordable housing buyers.

2. Host Agent Program for New Construction Projects

Become a host agent for new affordable housing construction projects. By working directly with developers and representing their properties, you’ll earn commissions for every successful sale. This role allows you to engage with new homebuyers while establishing yourself as a key player in the affordable housing space.

Key Benefits:

  • Exclusive access to new construction projects.

  • Earn commission on sales.

  • Be a go-to agent for affordable home developments.

3. Approved Agent for Deed-Restricted Resales

Homeowners with deed-restricted properties often face challenges when reselling their homes before the term of the restriction expires. As a HouseKeys-approved agent, you will guide these homeowners through the resale process, earning commissions for your expertise and service. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with affordability restrictions while helping sellers transition smoothly.

Key Benefits:

  • Serve a specialized market segment.

  • Earn commissions for helping sellers navigate deed restrictions.

  • Build your reputation in the affordable housing community.

Why Partner with HouseKeys?

  2. Commission Structure: Commission and referral fees are paid based on successful transactions as defined by HouseKeys program guidelines. The actual commission amount may vary depending on the property and the specific terms of the deal.

All buyer selection is subject to the rules of the selection process - which can include a lottery or a first-file-first-serve process.
