We will highlight the ownership and rental opportunities in the South Bay, including Morgan Hill, Burlingame, Campbell, Mountain View, Hollister, and More!

Here's what you can expect from attending the HouseKeys Housing Fair:

• Informational Sessions: Learn about Affordable Housing and discover how HouseKeys can assist you in finding the perfect solution for your needs.

• Eligibility Guidance: Determine which opportunities you qualify for and gain eligibility insights to kickstart your journey toward affordable housing.

• Connect With A Loan Officer: Engage with local loan officers for valuable insights into the loan process and get your questions answered.

• First-Time Homebuyer Support: Connect with HUD-approved agencies to obtain your first-time homebuyer certificate and confidently navigate the process.

We will also have a food truck present during the event from 3:30 to 7:30 PM

We will have a representative from our tech team present for technical assistance for your accounts.

• 3:30 to 4 p.m. - Meet and Greet. Participants can talk with vendors or staff and cruise the "Marketplace."

• 4 to 4:30 pm - General Orientation
